RateCompass is a product review service, that you can integrate to your webstore.
The RateCompass service collects reviews only from customers who have placed an order. This ensures that the reviews come exclusively from individuals who have used the product, meeting the requirements of the Omnibus Directive.
You can select the type of review from the compass settings. Star ratings use a scale from one to five, and the average rating is displayed both as stars and as a number. In thumb ratings, the review can either be a thumbs up or a thumbs down. You can choose your preferred display method from the Compass settings.
No, reviewing the entire webshop is not possible with RateCompass. Designed to increase conversions, RateCompass focuses on product reviews only.
